The Seattle PCG team specializes in multifamily real estate brokerage in the PNW. As their Senior Designer, my role is to conceptualize, produce, and maintain all marketing materials, including printed books, social media graphics, event marketing, and property web development.

One client perk is The Mamba—a fully retrofitted Sprinter van used for property tours, event chauffeur services, special date-night transportation, and any other use a client may desire.

The Mamba promo video was created to highlight this perk, showcase our team, and differentiate us in the market. My role in this project included full creative direction, talent management, and shoot planning and styling. Working with videographer Chandler Grau, we created a promo that successfully captures everything The Mamba has to offer.
